The Board of Directors of Photon Capital Advisors Limited combines leadership across technology, capital markets, corporate governance, finance and healthcare.

  1. Mr. Sreeram Reddy Vanga

    Managing Director

    Serial entrepreneur & technology business leader

    Mr. Sreeram Reddy Vanga is a serial entrepreneur and technology business leader with more than two decades of entrepreneurial and operating experience since 2002, having founded, scaled, and exited multiple technology-led businesses across gaming, digital media, advertising technology, and consumer internet sectors.

    Mr. Vanga holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, USA.

    Over the course of his entrepreneurial career, he has founded and led multiple ventures, demonstrating a consistent ability to identify emerging market opportunities, build scalable businesses, and create long-term stakeholder value.

    Mr. Vanga is the Founder of OpenPlay, a leading gaming platform, which was successfully acquired by Nazara Technologies Limited, one of India’s leading listed gaming companies. He also founded CozyGames, a digital technology venture that was subsequently acquired by Entain Plc, a FTSE 100 listed global gaming and entertainment company.

    These successful transactions reflect his experience in business creation, strategic partnerships, capital raising, corporate development, and cross border transactions.

    Mr. Vanga was also a co-founder of Kofluence, a creator marketing and advertising technology platform, where he played a key role in the company’s growth and development.

    In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. Vanga is an active investor and mentor to emerging technology businesses. He has worked closely with founders and management teams across a range of sectors, providing strategic guidance on business growth, fundraising, partnerships, and scaling operations.

    Mr. Vanga brings to the Board extensive entrepreneurial, operational, and strategic experience, together with deep insights into technology driven business models, digital transformation, platform businesses, and emerging growth sectors. His experience in building and scaling ventures, executing strategic transactions, and working with investors, founders, and management teams will support the Company’s long-term growth, innovation agenda, and value creation objectives.

  2. Mr. Venkata Reddy Marella

    Independent Director

    Corporate legal, governance & strategy

    Mr. Venkatareddy Marella is a seasoned professional possessing extensive experience in corporate legal, governance, and strategic matters. His expertise includes managing Private Equity transactions, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), implementation of good corporate governance practices, arbitration proceedings, and handling diverse corporate legal matters. He also has significant experience in liaising and coordinating with investors, statutory and regulatory authorities, banks, and financial institutions. Further, he has substantial expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and vetting a wide range of legal and commercial agreements.

  3. Mrs. Arpitha Mettu

    Independent Director

    Chartered accountant, infrastructure & project finance

    CA Arpitha Mettu is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of post-qualification experience, predominantly in the infrastructure sector. She has extensive expertise in project finance, financial modelling, accounting, audit, taxation, regulatory compliance, governance, business process re-engineering and restructuring, particularly in relation to BOT road projects undertaken with NHAI.

    She is currently working as an independent consultant with Gayatri Highways Limited, advising on arbitration procedures, debt restructuring, resolution plans and liquidation matters relating to BOT road projects with NHAI. She also provides end-to-end accounting, finance and compliance advisory services to companies, LLPs, OPCs and partnership firms.

    She has previously held senior finance roles with Gayatri Highways Limited and KMC Constructions Limited, where she managed finance functions for NHAI BOT projects, including accounting, budgeting, MIS, taxation, audits, financial modelling, project viability assessment, capital structuring and private equity transactions.

    She has also worked with Genpact India in working capital management and financial planning & analysis, and with Maytas Properties Limited as a Financial Analyst. Earlier in her career, she worked with Kallam & Associates, Chartered Accountants, gaining experience in audit, taxation, financial statements, internal controls and regulatory compliances.

    She holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification from ICAI and an MBA in Finance from IGNOU. She has also served as an Independent Director of Telogica Limited since 2019. In addition, she is a published author and writer, with works covering financial literacy, futurism and research on women's mental health and emotional well-being.

  4. Mr. Venkata Rao Nagakanaka Dhanyamraju

    Non-Executive Director

    Corporate finance, governance & transformation

    Mr. Venkata Rao Nagakanaka Dhanyamraju is a distinguished professional possessing qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), and Master of Business Administration (MBA), with over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic leadership, governance, risk management, business transformation, and operational excellence.

    Throughout his professional career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in transforming the finance function from a traditional reporting role into a strategic business partner, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable growth and enhanced stakeholder value. His experience encompasses strategic finance, enterprise risk assessment, business health diagnostics, operational strategy formulation, performance improvement, growth acceleration, capital allocation, corporate governance, and leadership development.

    He has successfully advised and guided organizations in:

    • Developing and executing scalable business growth strategies.
    • Assessing the financial and operational health of companies.
    • Identifying and mitigating strategic, financial, operational, and compliance risks.
    • Streamlining operations and improving organizational efficiency.
    • Strengthening governance frameworks and internal controls.
    • Driving profitability, cash flow optimization, and value creation.
    • Supporting business transformation and change management initiatives.
    • Mentoring senior executives and developing the next generation of business leaders.

  5. Dr. Lalitha Reddy Palle

    Non-Executive Director

    Medical professional & preventive-health entrepreneur

    Dr. Lalitha Reddy Palle is a highly accomplished Medical Professional with a wealth of experience in both Clinical practice, Healthcare administration, Preventive Health & Wellness. She holds multiple degrees, including an MBBS, MD, DNB, FICR, MBA, and AMPH from prestigious institutions such as JIPMER, Osmania Medical College, NIMS, ISB, and IIM Bangalore.

    She has been recognized for her exceptional skills and achievements, having received several accolades, gold medals and authoring around 20 scientific publications in both Indian and International journals.

    As a Professor and Head of Department, Dr. Lalitha Palle has made substantial contributions to the medical field, having trained many young doctors & given over 400 lectures in India and abroad.

    She also holds key leadership positions in several organizations, including serving as Vice President for the Yashoda Group of Hospitals and the Telemedicine Association of India, Telangana Chapter & the Indian Radiological & Imaging Association. She has also authored 2 books.

    She is deeply passionate about Preventive Health & Wellness and has dedicated herself to helping a larger segment of the population achieve optimal wellness. To that end, she has founded the company ‘My PuraVida Wellness Private Limited’ that houses the brands “ForMen”, ‘MyPuraVida’ and “Moder/ate” to cater to the wellness needs of people.

  6. Mr. Sarath Kumar Jutur

    Independent Director

    Equity research analyst

    Mr. Sarath Kumar Jutur is an equity research analyst with rich experience across market cycles. He holds a postgraduate degree in MBA Finance from ICFAI Business School and a BBM degree from S K University in Anantapur. He worked as a senior research analyst with over 20 years of experience and currently, he serves as a valuable asset to Karvy Global Services.
